Project Brief
This new 7-storey residential apartment is located in Erdenet, Mongolia, built for civilian occupancy with minimalist modern styling defined by clean elevation lines and distinct colour zoning.
The facade features vertical colour segmentation: off-white as the main hue, complemented by vertical emerald green decorative strips, while dark brown panels accent the ground floor and roof cornice to stabilise the building's visual silhouette. Square modular panels run across the entire facade, generating regular joint lines that coordinate with neatly arranged windows and protruding balconies.
Aluminum composite panels form the exterior cladding. Weather-resistant coatings are applied to adapt to Erdenet's harsh climate of extreme temperature variation, strong winds and dryness. Dry-hanging installation ensures wall flatness and reliable, long-term exterior finishing performance. After facade completion, the building stands out as a local modern residential landmark.
